Product Trials (Try before you buy)
Try before you buy agreements are subject to the terms of the individual product trials. Customers will be emailed at intervals during their trial with details. Return postage must be paid by the customer.

Refunds
ONLY sealed products that have not been opened can be returned. If a product is opened and unsealed, you will not be entitled to cancel your order of it and return it to us.
You must not delay return of the products in your order that you wish to cancel and should send them back within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision to cancel.
If you wish to return your products to us, you must notify us in writing by post or by email including the details laid out on our Cancellations page. Enclose a copy of your completed cancellation notice together with the product/s being returned.
It is your responsibility to arrange for and pay the costs of returning your order to us.
If you return products to us, we will reimburse you within 14 days of the day we receive the products back or, if earlier, 14 days from the day we receive proof from you that you have sent the products back to us. If no goods were supplied, we will reimburse you within 14 days on the day after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product/s back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product/s, whichever is the earliest.
We have a right to deduct an amount from your reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the product/s by handling them beyond what is necessary.
We will reimburse you using the same payment method that you used originally, or by an alternative payment method, subject to agreement between both parties.
