Shipping policy

Your order may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, the cost to you will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon the total weight of your packaged order.

Deliveries are made via the Royal Mail or DPD and in MOST cases will be delivered  by the next working day following dispatch but it is NOT a guaranteed next-day service. 

International deliveries can take up to 2 weeks, however we endeavour to ship within the next-day window, depending on customs requirements of your individual location. 

All orders are subject to availability. If you place an order for a product that is out of  stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to let you know. We will fulfill your order  automatically when the item becomes available unless you contact us and instruct us  not to do so. In the event that a product is out of stock, you may cancel your order by the methods outlined on our Cancellations page.

All Other Deliveries 

We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as we can and wherever possible will arrange  for your order to be shipped to you on the same day that you place an order. 

Orders received by 12:00 midday Monday-Friday (excepting Bank Holidays) will be sent by Royal Mail or DPD on the same day. 
Orders received after this deadline will be shipped to you on the next working day.
